Terms of Service
These terms apply to everyone who visits The Christian Business Network or lists a business here.
Using the directory
By browsing, listing a business, or creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the directory. Accounts are for individuals, and you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for the activity on your account.
Listings
You may list a business you own or are authorized to represent. Listings must be accurate and current, and you must own or have permission to use every photo you upload. We may edit, hide, or remove a listing that is misleading, duplicates another listing, or does not belong in the directory.
Membership and payment
A listing is displayed while the owner's membership is paid and current. Current plans, prices, and billing periods are shown on the Membership page. Payment is handled by Base44 Payments, and memberships renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel from your dashboard, and your listing stays visible until the end of the period you have paid for. Payments already made are not refunded for partial periods except where required by law.
Ratings and messages
Star ratings and messages are for genuine experiences and genuine inquiries. One rating per visitor per listing, artificially inflated ratings or view counts, and spam or harassing messages are not allowed. We may remove any rating or message that breaks these rules.
Acceptable use
Do not use the directory to post unlawful, misleading, or offensive content, to impersonate someone else, to scrape or copy the directory in bulk, or to interfere with the site or the accounts of others.
No endorsement
Businesses listed here are independent. Listing a business does not mean the network endorses it, guarantees its work, or supervises it. Any agreement for goods or services is made directly between you and the business, and any dispute is between you and them.
Availability and changes
The directory is provided as-is. We work to keep it available and accurate but cannot promise uninterrupted service or that every listing is complete. Features, plans, and these terms may change; if a change is significant we will announce it on the site or by email.
